Upon arrival the staff welcome was so very warm and welcoming - really really good customer service energy! The staff member that checked us in could see that we had had a long day so really set to getting us checked in as quickly as they were able to! Our room was what we expected - I would perhaps ask to be placed on an inner hall room rather than outer, the street was a little noisy but not unexpected with being in a such a busy area but I thought it worth a mention. we opted for the breakfast (£10 a head,) which we thought was a fair price. a decent selection of foods - English breakfast, overnight oats, yogurt, fruit salad, meats and cheese, pastries and a good selection of drink options. We got dinner at the other onsite restaurant - a bit meh and a little pricey for what you're getting. There is a carpark near by that is for free - its on a first come first served bases but we got a place with little fuss. The hotel is very family friendly, children happily playing Ping-Pong in the downstairs bar and parents decompressing from trips from either Legoland or central London exploring.

We loved the quirky decor, bright colourful, funky but with very complementary lighting which made it feel high end and relaxing. We loved going to the 9th floor to have dinner at Jim’s Kitchen and Bar where we had the best pizza we’ve ever eaten! (Including a dairy free one) The room was fantastic, spotlessly clean with hot shower, nice linen and a supremely comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and attentive, the manager was very helpful with helping us choose food for our son who has allergies. The communal area was so much fun and our son had a great time playing table tennis as we relaxed with a coffee. There were board games and books to read too. The buffet style breakfast was very nice, sausages and bacon were notably tasty and there was lots of choice of fruit, bread and cereals. We were just so impressed with The Moxy.

Took my 8 year old boy for a 2 night stay at the moxy as we had sightseeing in London and Lego land, location was fantastic as the train station is a 3 min walk from the hotel and a 30 min train ride into the centre, Legoland is a 15 min drive from the hotel. Upon arrival jessie checked us in and she was so lovely and informative she even gave my little one an activity pack and we also received 2 welcome drinks. The room was clean and had everything you needed I can’t really fault our stay. Breakfast was also lovely with a wide selection of food. (Full English, continental and cereals, pastries and donuts) there is a number of food places around the hotel we had Greek which was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again should I need to visit London again.

Hotel had a nice vibe, it was quirky and the room was nice, if you didn’t look out the window. Had a view of the adjacent property from our window but probably better than the one facing the street. Staff were friendly and the kids enjoyed the theme of the hotel. Parking was an utter pain, had to leave car in an open car park five mins away. Was half expecting it to be broken into or without wheels the next morning but it wasn’t and that wasn’t the hotels fault but would have liked some advice about parking from the hotel instead of guessing where to park as there’s nowhere to stop near the hotel as it’s a one way system going around it. Found a car park for £5 for 24hrs in the end.

The room was very clean, with a compact shower room. The extra bed that I requested was made up ready. The room faced the front on the busy junction and it was quieter than expected (Sunday evening) I only heard a couple of loud motorbikes and emergency vehicles which didn’t disturb my 5years olds sleep. Fantastic selection at the buffet breakfast : pastries, yogurts, fruit, pancakes, cereals, meats, cheese, breads, spreads including Biscoff!! and surprisingly a few cooked items (sausages, bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms, hashbrowns, beans) Staff were great, all friendly and polite. Free car park a short walk away. All in all a great place to stay
